Cultivate the land, produce food and process it as best we can

We are farmers and manufacturers of the agri-food sector. We are firmly connected with our territory. We work the land of Sicily, we pick its finest products, we process and preserve them. We act reasonably, respecting other human beings and the environment. We are extremely lucky to live in a place which, thanks to its location and climate, produces whole range of goods throughout the whole year. We wish to continue farming and cultivate work on land which, from time immemorial, was the basis of Sicilian economy. We intent on saving millennial heritage of knowledge and experience, which, together with our society’s integrity, is our most valuable good.

Each one of us has different history and traditions: there are some people among us who run modern and efficient holdings; there are people, who work in the sweat of their brows to revive abandoned lands; there are others, who run modern laboratories that operate on sophisticated technology, and there are those, who process their products in a strictly traditional manner. Such diversity manifests itself in form, history and taste of our products; however we are joined by our common vision of tomorrow and our common goal. We profess the same values, believing in a better tomorrow and fertile fruits of our labor. Together we face the challenges of global economy as well as less and more significant local problems. It all makes us partners in the project which aim is to raise awareness and sensitivity on the process of food consumption and everything that is connected with it. We would like to actively emphasize our values: honesty, culture of mutual respect, culture of diversity and rejection of mafia influences.

Our farms are located mainly in the south-eastern part of the island.

We are convinced that we have the strength to condition our surroundings, therefore we engage all energy in our project. We are an active group of people open for a dialogue. We are self-critical, confrontational and we understand our customers’ needs. We are not afraid of competition, because we believe that working side by side with someone who constantly evolves, is a positive impulse for all entrepreneurs who care about their customers’ satisfaction, tastes and time. Cooperation and continuous confrontation are our guarantee that none of us will take shortcuts and stoop to savings at the expense of integrity, ethics or quality of our products. Competition is useful when it is based on propriety.
